How to prepare images
Include  title, date, dimensions and price of each Artwork image.

• Name your Artwork image files with your last name and the title of the Artwork. (ex.)
  Smith_Lady in Red
  
  
• Total file size - each image must
  not exceed 1MG
  
  
• File format - JPEG, GIF
  
  
• Image size - 500 pixels in either a
  vertical or horizontal dimension
  
  
• Image resolution - up to 200 pix/inch
  
  
• a brief Artist statement is advisable.
  
  No slides will be accepted for review
  Avoid picture frames in your images.
  
  

      Ways to send your images ::

• Via ENTRY FORM :
  The entry form allows you to upload images directly from your computer.
  Just fill it out and send it.
  
  
• If you send your images Via E-mail:
  Include the name of the Competition you would like to enter and the following image information: title, dimensions, media, date
  and price of each piece.
  If you have a website, include the address.

• If you send your images Via Mail:
  Send digital images of your artwork
  on CD, DVD or floppy disk.
  Include the name of the Competition you would like to enter and the following image information :
  title of artwork - dimensions - media - date and price (optional) of each piece.
  Include your e-mail and website address.
