Art for me is a way of life, a means of communicating what I feel, see and hear. My objective is to arrange line, color and form to create a final statement which would be aesthetically pleasing and exert a positive statement.
A resident of Western New York, Steve Godzisz has been a designer, fine artist and sculptor for the past 40 yeas. Graduating from SUNY at Buffalo, cum laude, in Fine Art, he has exhibited throughout the United States and Canada.
In his career, he has worked with architects like Paul Rudolph and has his works represented at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, been reviewed numerous times in newspaper and magazine publications, and is represented in many private and corporate collections. |

Each digital print is produced by using the highest resolution of both archival inks and paper. The works range in price from $850.00 - $1,000.00 USD.
Works are shipped rolled in a protective tube.

Digital art is not about technical ability,
nowadays that is
a given, it's about the eye. Steve Godzisz has the eye to arrange, construct, compose; to
reveal
something intangible with minimal elements. Overlapping and inserting
sharply
defined rectangular forms in a harmonious and pleasing composition that
abstractly
sets up a sort of equilibrium leading to new meanings. The color
choices and
flowing curves within the forms enhance this effect and give the pieces
an elegance
and a presence. There is a decorative element to Steve's work that is
appealing. |
