Based in Exmouth Devon, England, Miles is a self-taught artist whose sole subject is the Circus Clown captured in all moods, manners and actions, painted in a variety of original styles.
Miles has spent more than 30 years developing his talent as an Artist. His preferred medium is watercolour and he uses fine tipped fibre pens for his Pointillism.
I was told in 2005 after giving a "live" Watercolour Demonstration, to a selected invited audience, that it's what is left out of my paintings that is interesting!
Miles has exhibited in the United States & Europe and among his more famous customers are Millicent Martin & Ron Moody. He has appeared on BBC Radio Devon and his 'ambition' is to be a guest on Desert Island Discs!
