I am interested in the relation of time and
the action of time on photographs, and some
of my projects (Last Look, 1999) are attempts
to use photographic images to express mystery
and loss. My most recent digital work explores
images as maps of alternative states of consciousness.
After working as a commercial and newspaper
photographer in the 70's, I started developing
more personal projects after experimenting with
digital processes incorporating these techniques
into serigraph and gum-bichromate prints. I
have exhibited in several group shows in California
over the past ten years, most recently in October,
2004, as part of the Figurative Point of View
at the SRJC Gallery in Santa Rosa, CA.
The Écorché Project (2004-2005)
uses the tension between the beautiful and the
grotesque to express
mortality and vulnerability.
Style
Fine Art and experimental nudes, architectural,
and historical Rock photos from the 70's.

Digital photographs, inkjet and Iris prints.
