Bingul Nart
painter / Turkey

At the very early moments of morning, when many living beings wake up, and rub their eyes, the world  looks as if it had forgotten the previous day.
The sun looks at the frilled horizon with her half open and reddish eyes and smiles with her pink lips. With the pleasure of coming together with the world again, she waves around her purple scarlet hair in such magnificent way that she anounces her love to life and the world like that every day.

On my canvas, which I paint with such feelings, I observe projectionof the sun, and I find  each line much more meaningful than the previous one.

My colored canvases are perfect adventuresof life.
Colores and shapes scatter around valleys, mountains, seas and cities as  an unforgettable memory.

Drops are a bundle of hot lines which maintain their  live lines and freshnes at each point, and which go beyond limits sometimes with pleasure, sometimes with sadness. Colors, which are put forth by me with a simple and effective language, mostly stand out as red, blue, green, orange and it is a flow of enthusiasm of life and love.

Gallery Comment:

As all true artists, Bingul Nart's work is in evolution. A women of great sensitivity, her paintings have become softer, less sharply delineated but the saturated colors have remained as an expression of the transformation of intense emotions she lives and feels.

Her works always center around a harmonic composition in terms of forms, space and color. Taking inspiration from the cubist movement she plays with her objects and their surfaces, interweaving them to go beyond a singlepoint pespective. The "drop" symbol, contained almost all her pieces, has become a personal signature.
