ARTROM Gallery continues its commitment to women artists worldwide with the opening of the TOPTEN "Women in the Arts, Edition °2" International Art Competition. The competition is now open to receive submissions.

ALL PARTICIAPANTS WILL BE GIVEN VISABILITY!

A woman's creative perspective and experience is not better, not in competition, not more important than any other but it exists clearly, strongly, steadfastly. It is diverse within itself, interesting, curious, at times controversial.

It is always a pleasure to see, to reflect upon, to work with passionate artistic women. Over the last three years we have discovered a wealth of high quality creative talent through the submissions to the "Women in the Arts Competition." This important International Competition is structured to give visibility to this wonderfully broad resource.

Mariarosy Calleri, Official Ambassador of Lazio, for the European Network of Female Entrepreneurship, will collaborate with ARTROM Gallery in choosing the TOPTEN Winners in the 2° Edition of the Women in the Arts, International Art Competition.

A woman with a Master of Arts in Film and Video from the New School University of New York and a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the IULM University of Milan, Mariarosy has always been very active in the international arts scene. She has been acknowledged by critics for her innovative visual language and experimentation with different genres of narration, from documentary to fiction.

Elizabeth Genovesi, Founding Director of the ARTROM Network says, "It gives us great pleasure to collaborate with a woman of her experience and presence. We look forward to exploring the contemporary female perspective in visual art through her eyes.

We encourage all women artists to participate by sending in your best 5 images.
