TOPTEN, 10 artisti per casa
The strength of the new exhibition at the Artist Presentation Space of ARTROM Gallery comes directly from it roots, the TOPTEN International Art Competitions. Since 2004, the year in which the competitions were born, ARTROM Gallery has grown, acquiring a name and reputation connected to the success of the exhibitions, to the quality of the artists but above all the courageous choice of new forms of creating a relationship between their public and the works exhibited.
The Exhibition TOPTEN, 10 Artisti per Casa,
is devoted to the artists that in these years believed in the potential of these new forms and had great interest in participating by exhibiting their artworks in the apartment in Via Faiti 6, transforming it into the first 'HOME' gallery of Rome.
The ten artists presented in the current exhibition come from all over the world:
from Finland to the Philippines, from the USA to Switzerland . . and cover a wide range of artistic technique and creative research, moving from abstract to figurative, from large oil on canvas to digital prints.
The uniting element between all these artists and their various modes of expression is the fact that were all choosen as Winners in the at least one TOPTEN International Art Competitions, and also possess the creative flexibilty to participate in the gallery's new and experimental methods of presenting their work. These include a series of "art experiences" within the calendar of the exhibition.
Many of the participating artists will physically be present 'at home' during the events within the calendar of the exhibition. Always in an intimate and friendly setting the gallery will offer, Storytelling, Slow Art, Artist Talks, and a creative writing Lab based on the works within the show, guaranteeing a dynamic and creative experience for all. |
