Michael McHam
In the last two years I have made a
transition from working in a mostly 2 dimensional and
abstract mode, to one that more based on character,
story, and what I think of as 'dramatic space'. I was led to this
largely by my love of film and animation, especially anime,
and then by my immediate comfort and excitement with
digital photography.
The images I have conceived and photographed on miniature
sets suggest to me events and stories I would like to tell using additional
disciplines; music, text, and film.
Michael McHam lives and works in San Francisco, California.
