Artist Statement ::
Photograph is for Antonio Amen a state of soul.

My environment is my stage and my studio, and so I have the tendency to photograph all that surrounds me. Everything is life, and life happens every second, so, to photograph “that” second is my objective.

Antonio Amen’s Bookshop is an extraordinary photograph. He recognized all the elements; form, color, textures, the innate composition and saw the harmony which exists in the coming together of these particular conditions. Antonio looks for the moment, captures the moment, shares the moment, helps us recognize the moment.
