These works, created and realized for a permanent installation on a 3 story building certainly influenced the jury just for the sheer size of working digitally; one can only imagine the visual impact at that size. Further examination of the individual panels which make up the mural revealed a complex, dynamic interweaving of images. This is a monumental work on many levels.

Delicate layered veils of forms and colors. The intriguing, oscillating squid-like life form in the stunning Third Place Award Winner "Subterranean" is an excellent example of how Le Blanc gives body, "corpo" to her prints. Floating tentacles that flow off into the distance to disappear... are those wings in the upper left? These are precious images. The artist offers archival digital prints in 32" x 40" format.
