Artist Statement ::

Most of my life, I have been painting whenever I had the time. Watercolours have been a great passion for me for many years, but lately it is the akrylic painting, and in particular the spatula-painting, that has won my heart. However, this doesn´t mean, that water colours have been forgotten.

I make paintings within most styles, and I have not  chosen a predefined style or type. But to make experiments and to be curious is what tempts me and helps me to develop my skills, and that is why my paintings are so different in style.

I use many tecniques in my paintings. In that way my paintings get many different expressions. My style could be called abstract naturalism, where colours and tecniques definitely plays a role, and also completely naturalistic paintings, that more leans towards "golden age paintings". I teach these tecniques to other people, in intimate held classes.

I have sold paintings to art associasions, business companies and private persons. I have had exhibitions in both public buildings and in private corporations, as well as at art-associations. Furthermore in galleries in  USA, Germany, Italy and in Denmark.
